The Product Archive Page Builder allows you to create fully custom shop and product listing pages using Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder.
You can build:
- Your main shop page
- Custom category pages
- Tag-based product listings
- Search result layouts
Each archive layout can be designed differently and applied using flexible conditions.
Quick Steps: Create a Shop Page Layout #
Step 1 #
Go to:
Dashboard → Layouts → Product Archive
Click Add New.
Step 2 #
Enter a layout name and configure its display conditions (shop page, category, tag, search results, etc.).
Step 3 #
Click Create Layout.
Step 4 #
Design your custom shop page by adding sections and archive-specific elements.
Product Archive–Specific Elements #
In addition to standard builder elements, Omniverse provides dedicated product archive elements designed specifically for shop pages.
Titles & Navigation #
- Page Title – Theme page title section (inherits styling from Theme Options)
- WooCommerce Title – Displays the current page title (Shop, Category, Tag, Search, etc.)
- WooCommerce Breadcrumbs – Shows the current navigation path
Categories & Descriptions #
- Product Categories – Display categories as a grid or navigation menu
- Archive Description – Shows the current category description or shop page content
- Category Extra Description – Displays additional category description content
Filters & Sorting #
- Products Per Page – Selector to control the number of products displayed per page
- Result Count – Displays the number of products currently shown
- Order By – Allows sorting by popularity, price, name, rating, or date
- Filters Area – Special widget area for displaying filters in a horizontal row
⚠️ Requires the Filters Area Button element - Product Filters – Add product filters directly through the page builder (no widgets required)
- Active Filters – Displays active filters with the option to clear them
Product Listing & Layout #
- Archive Products – Main element that displays the product grid or list
- Sidebar – Displays the shop sidebar with widgets from Appearance → Widgets
System & Compatibility #
- Notices – Displays WooCommerce notices (errors, warnings, success messages)
- Hook – Insert WooCommerce core PHP hooks for third-party plugin compatibility
With these elements, you can create highly optimized shop layouts, tailored category designs, and unique product listing experiences — all without writing code.
