Size Guides

The Size Guide feature allows you to add a size chart to product pages, helping customers choose the right product size. In Omniverse, this is implemented as a custom post type.

Enable Size Guides #

1. Go to Theme Settings → Shop → Size Guides.
2. Enable the Size Guides option at the bottom of the settings page.

Create a Size Guide #

1. Go to Dashboard → Products → Size Guides.
2. Click Add New to create a new size chart.
3. Add your size chart content and save it.

Assign Size Guides to Products #

1. Edit the product you want to assign a size guide to.
2. In the product settings, choose the desired Size Guide from the drop-down list of existing guides.
3. Optionally, hide the size chart and use the content area to add custom content in the popup window for the product.

Troubleshooting #

• Size guide not appearing on product page:
  • Check that it has not been hidden in the product settings.
  • If the size guide is assigned to a category but still not visible, make sure it is properly selected in the product page drop-down.
