The Countdown Timer is a dynamic urgency tool designed to drive conversions by highlighting time-sensitive offers. This feature automatically activates for products that possess both a Sale Price and a defined Schedule End Date.
🔧 Activation Requirements #
For the timer to initialize, the following data must be present in your WooCommerce product settings:
- Sale Price: An active discounted rate.
- Schedule: A specific “To” date set within the Product Data > General tab.
🖥️ Deployment & Display #
You can toggle the countdown interface across two primary display modules:
1. Shop Archive & Grid #
To display timers on the main shop page, categories, and search results:
- Navigate to:
Theme Settings→Product Archive→Products Styles - Action: Enable the Countdown Timer toggle.
2. Single Product View #
To display a detailed timer on the specific product landing page:
- Navigate to:
Theme Settings→Single Product→Show / Hide Elements - Action: Enable the Countdown Timer toggle.
