In the Omniverse Header Builder, header elements include a default margin of 10px on both sides, creating approximately 20px spacing between elements. This helps maintain a clean and balanced header layout.
However, you can adjust spacing or add separators when additional visual separation is needed.
Using the Space Element #
The Space element allows you to increase the distance between adjacent header items.
Key features: #
- Adds extra horizontal spacing between elements
- Adjustable width setting
- Useful for fine-tuning header layout alignment
This is ideal when you need more breathing room between specific elements.
Using the Divider Element #
The Divider element adds a vertical separator line between header elements.
Key features: #
- Default height of about 18px
- Option to stretch the divider to the full height of the header row
- Helps visually separate header components
Important Note #
The Space and Divider elements typically work within the main header row.
They may not function as expected in the top bar or bottom header sections.
