The Omniverse Header Builder allows you to create custom headers in multiple ways depending on your needs. You can start with a blank layout, use pre-designed templates, or import an existing header configuration.
Ways to Create a Header #
You can create a new header by:
- Building an empty header structure and adding elements manually
- Using ready-made header templates from the library and customizing them
- Importing a header using JSON data exported from another website or project
Creating a New Header #
To create a header:
WordPress Dashboard → Omniverse → Header Builder → Create New Header
After clicking Create New Header, a popup window will appear with two sections:
- Header Templates Library – Choose a pre-designed header layout as a starting point and customize it later.
- Existing Headers List – Select any previously created header to use as a base for the new layout.
Once you select a layout, the new header will be created and ready for editing.
Setting a Default Header #
You can assign any created header as the default header for your website.
To set a default header:
- Go to the Header Builder Manager page
- Click the star icon next to the header you want to use
The selected header will then become the default header across your website.
Importing a Header (JSON) #
If you already have a header exported in JSON format, you can import it easily:
- Go to Omniverse → Header Builder
- Click the Import button
- Paste your JSON data into the popup window
- Click Import
This will create a new header based on the imported configuration.
