Order Tracking Form

The Order Tracking Form allows customers to check the status of their WooCommerce orders directly on your website. This feature uses the built-in WooCommerce functionality and can be added using page builders.

Add Order Tracking Form #

1. Create a new page in Dashboard → Pages → Add New (or edit an existing page).
2. Use WPBakery or Elementor to edit the page.
3. Add the WooCommerce element → Order Tracking Form to the page.

The Omniverse theme demo content includes a sample Order Tracking page with this element pre-configured. You can use it as a reference for layout and styling.
