The Estimate Delivery feature allows you to show an estimated delivery date for products on the product page, cart, checkout, and other locations. This helps customers make informed purchasing decisions and improves transparency.
1. Enable Estimate Delivery #
- Go to Dashboard → Theme Settings → Shop → Estimate Delivery.
- Enable the feature to start configuring delivery estimates.
2. Display Locations #
- Locations: Choose where the estimated delivery date will appear (e.g., product page, cart, checkout).
- Overall Delivery Dates:
- Displays generalized delivery information for all products in the cart.
- Works in all locations except Single Product and Mini Cart.
- Useful when multiple delivery rules exist for different products.
3. Settings #
- Date Format: Set the format in which delivery dates are displayed.
- Fragments Updating: Enable to ensure the estimated delivery date updates correctly when caching is active.
4. Create Delivery Rules #
- Go to Dashboard → Products → Estimate Delivery → Add New to create a delivery rule bundle.
Rule Settings #
- Shipping Zone & Method: Define which shipping zones or methods this rule applies to.
- Leave empty to apply to all shipping zones.
- Zones can be managed in: WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping Zones
- Skipped Days: Specify days when delivery will not occur (e.g., weekends or holidays).
- Minimum & Maximum Days: Set the delivery time range for the rule.
- Estimate Delivery Condition: Define which products the rule applies to (all products or specific products).
